The Role
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will manage a portfolio of quality SME clients while delivering both compliance and value-added advisory services.
You will:
- Build trusted relationships with business owners
- Review and supervise work prepared by junior staff
- Assist in mentoring and developing team members
- Provide tax planning and business advisory solutions
- Become a genuine part of your clients' business journey
This is far more than a compliance role. The Partners actively encourage senior staff to become involved in client strategy, growth planning and commercial decision-making.
About You
You are a CA/CPA qualified accountant with experience in Australian public practice in the area of business services and tax advisory and a desire to progress your career beyond traditional compliance work.
You may currently be:
- A Senior Accountant seeking your first leadership opportunity
- A Supervisor looking for greater client exposure
- An ambitious accountant frustrated by limited progression in a larger firm
