Key responsibilities
- Prepare and edit customer logos and artwork using CorelDRAW
- Prepare artwork proofs for customer approvals
- Assist walk-in customers, answer phone calls and follow up on enquiries
- Prepare and organise job boxes with job sheets, artwork and stock for production
- Liaise with the production team regarding job requirements and information
- Assist with embroidery stitch-outs, stock checks, cutting, folding and packing completed orders
- Help keep the shop and work areas organised
About you
- Confident using CorelDRAW (similar programs) for customer's logos and artworks (Training Provided)
- Friendly, reliable and detail-oriented
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to assist with both computer-based and hands-on tasks
- Experience in graphic artwork, embroidery, DTF Printing, screen printing, garment decoration or promotional products would be an advantage but NOT REQUIRED
