Disability Support Workers – Toowoomba & Darling Downs

About the Role

Insync Care & Support is looking for reliable, caring and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

You'll be supporting people with a disability in their homes and out in the community, helping with everyday activities, building independence, and making a positive difference in their lives.

We're looking for people who have good common sense, take initiative and genuinely care about the work they do. Being dependable, adaptable and able to build positive relationships is important to us.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with personal care, daily routines and household tasks.

- Supporting community activities, appointments and social participation.

- Providing medication assistance in line with individual support plans and training.

- Encouraging independence, choice and everyday living skills.

- Following support plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategies.

- Completing accurate case notes and reporting concerns.

- Providing secure, respectful and person-centred support.

About You

We're looking for people who are reliable, patient and confident working independently. You'll need good communication skills,



sound judgement and a genuine commitment to supporting others.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.

- Current First Aid and CPR.

- NDIS Worker Screening clearance.

- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

- Current Class C driver's licence.

- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

- Ability to safely meet the physical requirements of the role.

Experience supporting people with complex physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities or mental health needs will be highly regarded.
