About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team and take ownership of a quality portfolio. What sets this role apart is the powerhouse of back-end support behind you. Our dedicated administration team handles leasing, accounts, arrears management, lease administration, and maintenance coordination — so you can invest your energy where it matters most: your relationships.

- Proven experience in residential property management

- A natural ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- The ability to manage your portfolio with confidence and professionalism

- Current agent’s representative certificate / estate agent’s licence

What We Offer

- Comprehensive back-end admin support across leasing, accounts, arrears, lease admin, and maintenance — so you can focus on people, not paperwork

- Solid day-to-day leadership from a supportive Team Leader and Director who are genuinely invested in your success

- A collaborative, positive team culture

- Real opportunities for growth and career development

- Competitive salary package

Why Join Us?

We believe great Property Managers shouldn't be buried in admin. Here, you'll have the tools, the team, and the leadership support to do your best work every day.

If you're passionate about property and people, we'd love to hear from you.

All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence.
