Latham Projects Pty Ltd is seeking one experienced Carpenter for a full-time position.

This role involves a broad range of carpentry, building maintenance and minor construction works across commercial, government and school projects throughout the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions.

The position is suited to a carpenter who enjoys varied work and is confident across general building maintenance rather than specialising only in new residential construction.

Typical duties include:

- General carpentry and building repairs

- Reactive and programmed maintenance

- Internal fit-outs and refurbishment works

- Door, frame and hardware installation

- Roofing, cladding and fascia repairs

- Plasterboard repairs and patching

- Minor concreting and repair works

- Demolition and strip-out works

- General building rectification

- Attending different project sites as required

- Completing works safely and in accordance with company procedures

Applicants must have:

- Trade qualification in Carpentry





- Construction White Card

- Current driver licence

- Previous carpentry experience

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Reliable and professional work ethic

Experience in commercial, government or school maintenance will be highly regarded.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience, qualifications and capability.
