We’re looking for a confident, hands-on and proactive Hotel Team Leader to join our front of house team on a full-time basis. This is a role for someone who leads by example, genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting those around them.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be a key leader on shift, balancing exceptional guest service with the smooth running of daily hotel operations.

- Lead by example on the front desk, delivering warm, professional and personalised guest experiences.

- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs and efficient shift handovers.

- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to Guest Services Agents, building confidence and consistency across the team.

- Take ownership of guest concerns, complaints and service recovery, resolving issues with confidence and professionalism.

- Act as the senior point of contact on shift, making operational decisions and escalating matters when required.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage teams to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.

- Support the training and onboarding of new team members, reinforcing service standards and operational procedures.

- Assist with reservations, billing, cash handling, reporting and other front office administrative responsibilities.

- Maintain Hilton brand standards, hotel presentation and compliance with operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a hotel front office environment,



ideally with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities for 1 - 2 years.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Robust communication skills and the confidence to guide, support and motivate others.

- The ability to make sound decisions, manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

- Confidence handling guest complaints and resolving operational challenges independently.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

- Experience with hotel property management systems, with Hilton systems experience highly regarded.

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
