We’re hiring experienced Underground Shift Bosses for our established and growing Western Australian operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead underground crews to hit safety and production targets
- Run pre-starts, toolbox meetings and shift handovers
- Monitor production, allocate resources and manage priorities
- Identify and manage safety, operational and workplace risks
- Ensure compliance with statutory, company and site requirements
- Develop and mentor your crew to achieve operational goals
- Act as the link between your crew, site leadership and the client
