Join a respected high-end residential builder delivering premium apartment projects on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We're seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators & Dogman for a long-term assignment across two active construction sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 6-8 months of consistent work with a qualified builder known for delivering high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating Luffing tower crane, remote and cab-driven
- Dogging tower crane lifts safely and efficiently
- Directing crane operations using approved signalling methods
- Coordinating material movements throughout site
- Working closely with crane operators and site teams
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and site procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have:

- Current White Card
- Current CT Licence
- Current Dogging Licence (DG)




- Proven experience operating and dogging tower cranes
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work within a team environment
- Residential construction experience highly regarded
