Shepparton Packaging Site – Casual Position
About the role:
A vacancy exists for a person interested in the packaging industry at our Shepparton (Lemnos) Packaging site. We already have a network of ten retail stores in Northern Victoria and we have now introduced packaging products into our offering through the opening of our new packaging site. The primary responsibilities of the position are:
- Operation of the carton erecting machines
- Quality control and re-packing of erected cartons
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing trucks
- Moving stock in warehouse to support carton erecting team
- Wrapping pallets and ensuring warehouse is organised as required
- Completing daily run sheets and other ad-hoc tasks
You will require:
- A current forklift licence
- Experience operating a forklift in a face-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Positive communication skills
- A degree of physical fitness and a solid Manual Handling technique
- Able to work safely within a team environment
- Previous experience in the packaging industry would be looked upon favourably
This position is offered as a casual position and it is anticipated that average hours would be approximately 30-40 hours during our current peak season. Applications close on Friday 20th November 2026.
