We are currently recruiting for an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to manage and lead our NSW warehousing, distribution and local logistics operations.

Based at our main Yagoona Distribution Centre, this position will oversee operations across multiple NSW warehouse locations, including our Seven Hills satellite warehouse.

As a key member of the NSW Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations while identifying opportunities to improve stock management, local deliveries, installations and logistics coordination across the state.

Responsibilities Include:

- Manage and oversee daily operations across our NSW Distribution Centres, including Yagoona and Seven Hills.

- Provide leadership, direction and supervisory support to warehouse teams.

- Manage incoming stock, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Coordinate local deliveries and installations to improve efficiency, service levels and operational costs.

- Optimise stock holdings and movements between warehouse locations to improve capacity and distribution efficiency.

- Coordinate container arrivals, unloading, warehouse transfers and allocation of resources across locations.





- Identify opportunities to utilise satellite warehouse facilities to support the main Distribution Centre.

- Work closely with installations, commercial sales and retail store teams to ensure efficient stock availability and customer deliveries.

- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory integrity across warehouse locations.

- Ensure all goods are picked and available for dispatch within agreed timelines.

- Review and improve warehouse processes, staffing and logistics operations to maximise productivity and cost efficiencies.

- Ensure company procedures are being followed at all times.

- Maintain high standards of occupational health and safety, ensuring correct safety measures are taken, appropriate equipment is used and warehouse facilities remain tidy and free from hazards.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following attributes.

Essential:

- Previous experience as a Distribution Centre Manager or Warehouse Manager with responsibility for distribution operations.

- Current forklift licence.

- Sound understanding of OH&S;/WHS requirements and warehouse safety procedures.

- Proven experience managing warehouse staff and daily distribution operations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.





- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in high-pressure situations.

- A proactive approach to improving operational efficiency, productivity and workplace safety.

- Current Drivers Licence (Manual preferred but not essential)

Desirable:

- Previous experience managing multiple Distribution Centres or warehouse locations.

- Experience coordinating local deliveries, transport logistics and installation teams.

- Proven ability to optimise warehouse capacity, stock allocation and distribution processes.

- Experience in logistics planning, resource allocation and cost management.

- Current First Aid certification.

- Experience working with retail or commercial distribution operations.
