Roaming Therapy is a mobile allied health provider helping people build independence, improve their wellbeing and stay active in their community.

We deliver physiotherapy and other allied health services to NDIS participants and older adults in their homes and local communities. Our approach is personal, practical and focused on the goals that matter to each client.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Adelaide team.

You’ll deliver personalised physiotherapy across home and community settings, helping clients improve their mobility, strength, balance and confidence.

As part of our 12-month Graduate Program, you’ll receive support to put your university knowledge into practice and build confidence as a clinician. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, asks questions and cares about their clients.

What You’ll Do

- Assess clients and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

- Deliver goal-focused therapy in homes and community settings.

- Work with clients, families, carers and other health professionals.

- Maintain accurate clinical notes and monitor client progress.

- Participate actively in mentoring and graduate learning opportunities.

About You

You’re a recent or soon-to-be physiotherapy graduate who brings empathy, initiative and a willingness to learn.

You’ll need:

- A recognised physiotherapy qualification and AHPRA registration, or eligibility before commencing.

- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.

- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Adelaide.

- Relevant screening checks, or willingness to obtain them before starting.
