Clinical Lead – Mental Health

Stream Healthcare is partnering with leading not-for-profit mental health organisations to recruit experienced Clinical Lead – Mental Health in multiple locations across NSW.

We have exciting opportunities for experienced mental health clinicians to support multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care across different types of projects. Depending on the organisation, you could be working across the youth space, families, adult mental health or substance misuse and AOD. Be involved in comprehensive mental health assessments, interventions, recovery planning while being involved in leadership duties.

You will:

- Support multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Provide clinical leadership, guide and develop an early-career team
- Oversee clinical governance and contribute to the ongoing development of service delivery.
- Provide supervision, operational oversight, and encouragement.
- Build a positive team culture

About you:

- 2+ years’ experience in Mental Health
- Demonstrate some leadership experience
- Have a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or Counselling
- Have experience with mental health assessments, intervention, recovery planning
