Cameron’s Fine Jewellers is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.

Established in 1998, we are a family-owned jewellery business with a strong reputation for quality, exceptional customer service and beautiful jewellery.

From engagement rings and diamonds to internationally recognised brands including Pandora and Swarovski, we help our customers celebrate some of life's most memorable moments.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service and is excited by the chance to develop their knowledge and skills within the jewellery industry.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly, professional and personalised customer service.

- Assisting customers in selecting jewellery, gifts, engagement rings and wedding bands.

- Developing product knowledge across diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and our jewellery brands.

- Building strong customer relationships and confidently recommending products to suit individual needs.

- Assisting with jewellery repairs, special orders, and customer enquiries.

- Maintaining beautiful jewellery displays and presentation standards.

- Supporting daily store operations, stock management and sales targets.

- Participating in ongoing training and developing the skills to take on greater responsibilities.

- Confident communicating with customers and willing to develop their sales skills.

- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.

- Motivated to learn and continually improve.

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.

- Professional in their presentation and customer interactions.

- Interested in developing a long-term career in retail or the jewellery industry.

Retail or sales experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
