About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership across disability support services in Alice Springs, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality supports that empower people to live the life they choose.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing frontline leaders and teams.
- Driving service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, legislative requirements, and organisational policies.
- Managing operational performance, risk, and quality outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
- Contributing to strategic growth and operational success within the region.

About You

You are a confident and capable leader with experience within the disability, community services, health, or human services sector.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams.
- Strong understanding of person-centred service delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing compliance, quality,



and risk.
- The ability to inspire, support, and develop others.
- A commitment to delivering positive outcomes for people with disability.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver's Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- National Police Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Evidence of relevant qualifications and/or industry experience.
