Swaye Civil are a civil construction business located in South West Sydney specialising in bulk and detail earthworks. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and safety, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.

We require a Site Engineer to join our team in a full time role. You will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

- Preparation and submission of site documentation.

- Interpretation of architectural and engineering plans, drawings, specifications and designs.

- Liaise with clients, contractors, site managers, suppliers and consultants.

- Planning and co-ordinating on site activities.

- Managing delivery of materials and equipment.

- Assisting with safety compliance and quality management.

- Track project milestones,



costing and forecasting.

- Reviewing supplier invoices, preparing claims, dealing with purchase orders.

To be successful in securing this role you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in NSW

- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- Knowledge of NSW safety compliance and quality management standards

- Ability to build relationships and deal with a variety of stakeholders from all levels

- Committed to providing exceptional customer service

- Willingness to assist and support others as required and work well within a team

- Excellent attention to detail

- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excellent personal presentation

- Current drivers licence

- White card

- Must have current rights to work in Australia
