Neurologix Developmental Clinic is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and help create a welcoming experience for the children, adults and families who come to us.
This is a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility. You will be the steady point of contact for clients, families, clinicians and referrers, while taking ownership of the administration that keeps the clinic moving.
What makes this role rewarding
Your work will make a real difference. You will help families navigate the assessment process, give clinicians the practical support they need, and keep the systems behind the clinic organised and reliable. You will have room to use your judgement, take initiative and improve the way things are done.
What you will be responsible for
- Managing enquiries, referrals, schedules, bookings, intake paperwork, and follow-up communication.
- Welcoming clients and helping them feel comfortable at the clinic.
- Keeping client records, waitlists, databases and clinic documents accurate and up to date.
- Supporting clinicians with scheduling, correspondence and report preparation, formatting and proofreading.
- Managing invoicing, accounts, payment arrangements, and billing enquiries.
- Monitoring the administration inbox and following up outstanding tasks.
- Coordinating meetings, travel, accommodation, testing materials and clinic supplies.
- Overseeing suppliers, subscriptions, equipment, repairs,
maintenance and clinic presentation.
- Prepare client resources and information packages.
- Providing general support to the Director and clinical team, and identifying practical ways to improve systems and procedures.
You will bring
- Experience in office, practice, or senior administration. Health or allied health experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and see tasks through.
- Transparent, professional communication and a warm manner with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with invoicing and accounts administration.
- Confidence with document formatting, proofreading, and learning new systems.
- Discretion, initiative and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
What we offer
- A part-time role with consistent working days (Tues, Wed, Thurs).
- A friendly, supportive small-clinic environment.
- Autonomy to manage the clinic’s administrative functions and make the role your own.
- A varied position where your contribution will be seen and valued.
- The chance to support meaningful work with clients, families and clinicians.
How to apply
Please submit your CV and a brief covering letter telling us about your relevant experience, what appeals to you about working in a small clinic, and what you would bring to the role.
