Farm Manager and/ or Farm Hand – Cotton and Cropping enterprise (Full-time)

Two positions available- farm hand & working operations manager

Join our family-run cotton and cropping enterprise in Nevertire, NSW, and be a part of our small, dedicated team working with modern machinery and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain modern farm and earth moving machinery

· Assist with irrigation using syphons and lateral irrigators

· Carry out general farm duties, repairs and maintenance

· Support full range of cropping operations- planting/sowing, ground prep and picking/harvest

Requirements:

· Farming/ Agricultural experience

· Valid driver's license (essential)

· Mechanical knowledge (desirable)

· Welding knowledge (desirable)

· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

· Good communication and problem solving skills

Successful applicant will receive:

· Full-time role with above award wage (negotiable on experience)

· On farm 3 bedroom house
