We're looking for a motivated, organised and tech-savvy E-commerce & Shopify Assistant to help manage and grow our online business.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across our handbags, jewellery and accessories collections, with involvement in everything from managing our Shopify website and creating product content to coordinating online orders, customer enquiries and inventory.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our online store looks great, runs smoothly and delivers an excellent customer experience.

This opportunity would suit someone studying or recently graduated in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, web development or a related field who is looking to gain practical experience in online retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage our Shopify website, including uploading new products and maintaining listings, pricing and inventory.

- Write engaging product descriptions and update website content.

- Coordinate product photography and prepare new collections for online launches.

- Ensure the website is visually appealing, accurate and up to date.

- Process online orders, pick and pack products and coordinate dispatch.

- Manage customer enquiries, emails, phone calls, returns and warranty requests.

- Assist with stock control, inventory management and general administration.

- Help prepare showrooms for appointments and wholesale buyers.

What We're Looking For





- Shopify experience or a strong interest in learning e-commerce platforms.

- Excellent computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel.

- Solid written English and an ability to create engaging product content.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Confident communicating with customers.

- Someone proactive who takes initiative and can work independently.

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump between computer-based and practical tasks.

- An interest in fashion, handbags, jewellery and accessories.

Currently studying or recently graduated in e-commerce, digital marketing, business or web development would be highly regarded.
