We are looking for a well presented, outgoing and bubbly personality who will be an enthusiastic additional member to our team, bringing warm and welcoming energy in providing the business's point of contact for our customer service and carrying out pivotal support for our Sales, Service and Installation departments.

Key responsibilities

- Being a welcoming, professional first point of contact for customers

- Managing calls, emails and enquiries with confidence and care

- Supporting bookings, scheduling and communication between teams

- Keeping customer records, orders and documentation accurate and current





- Domestic sales/service support

About you

- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service

- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Clear communication and a professional phone manner

- Confidence using office software and learning recent systems

- Accuracy, initiative and ownership of your work

- A team mindset—you help others succeed and follow through when it counts

- Previous experience in the industry, trade services or similar desirable
