An excellent opportunity exists for an exceptional Assistant Service Advisor to join the team. We need an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results driven Assistant Service Advisor. We are not a high volume company, but do only deal in high-end vehicles.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

- Co-Ordinate Service Bookings and Pre-Delivery of New Vehicles.

- Handle Warranty Claims from New Vehicle Customers.

- Participate in Service and Parts Enquiries and follow up.

- Sales of Retail Parts and Servicing.

- Creating, costing and closing repair orders.

- Liase with Admin Staff and Production Staff.

- Liase with Senior Mechanic regarding Service Enquiries and Warranty Claims.

- Inspection of Incoming New Vehicles.

- Final Inspection of vehicles prior to delivery.

- Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments.

- Reporting as required.





This role is suited to someone with strong technical knowledge as well as the following attributes:

- Advanced Computer Skills

- Dealership Experience

- Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence

- Strong proven ability to multitask.

- Strong Customer Service skills.

- Build relationships with the Service Team and Management.

- Solid communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey.

- Strong time management skills.
