DRONES180 is seeking an experienced DJI drone sales skilled and Chief Remote Pilot to grow our product sales and contract drone services accross Eastern Australia. Part of the Rencon Group, we work with customers across agriculture, forestry and other rural government sectors.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help build our reputation through sound advice, reliable service and safe operations. You will combine retail and commercial sales with practical field work, pilot leadership, quotations and government tenders. Occasional interstate travel is required.

What you will do

- Grow DJI drone, payload and accessory sales, alongside contract spraying, spreading, mapping, LiDAR and thermal service opportunities.
- Develop customer relationships, deliver demonstrations and turn enquiries into well-scoped, profitable proposals.
- Prepare accurate quotes and government tender submissions, including pricing, delivery plans and supporting documentation.
- Lead flight standards and pilot oversight as CRP under our ReOC, subject to CASA approval.
- Support customer handovers and after-sales service, and represent DRONES180 at site visits, field days and interstate meetings.

What you will bring





- Proven retail and commercial experience selling DJI drones, with a record of converting enquiries and retaining customers.
- A CASA Remote Pilot Licence with appropriate aircraft endorsements, and proven CRP experience supported by CASA approval or successful assessment.
- Suitability for appointment as CRP under DRONES180's ReOC, including any required CASA assessment.
- Practical field experience in agriculture, forestry or a comparable outdoor industry, and sound operational judgement.
- Excellent people skills, clear written communication, and demonstrated quotation and government tender experience.
- An Australian driver licence, the right to work in Australia, and willingness to travel interstate and stay away when required.
