EPS Paint is a residential and commercial painting company in Brisbane, working alongside its sister business EPS Clean (construction and commercial cleaning). We're growing and need a hands-on operator to run day-to-day operations across both businesses.
About the role
You'll be the main point of contact on site and the person who keeps every job on time, on budget and to standard. Reporting to the directors, this is a full-time, on-site role starting mid-January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Be the main on-site contact for builders and commercial clients, from kick-off to handover
- Allocate crews and subcontractors by skill, and brief them on scope and budget before work starts
- Quality-check every job with photos and fix issues before the client sees them
- Keep ServiceM8 accurate so jobs are invoiced on completion and progress claims go out on time
- Handle complaints and warranty items, and know when a request is a billable variation
- Look after crew onboarding and offboarding, uniforms, equipment and hours validation
- Send a short weekly operations report to the directors
What you'll bring
- 3+ years running crews or subcontractors in painting, cleaning or construction
- Full driver's licence and your own car (you'll be on sites across Brisbane daily)
- Robust organisation and calm, clear communication with builders, clients and crews
- High standards and the confidence to hold crews to them
- ServiceM8 or similar job management software is a plus
What we offer
- Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 + super
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to $15,000 a year, tied to job profitability, on-time invoicing and client satisfaction
- Vehicle use reimbursed per kilometre at the ATO rate
- Salary review at 6 months, with a base increase when KPIs are met
