Calling all Electrical Project Engineers, Telecommunications Project Engineers and Rail Engineers.

If you enjoy solving technical problems, working on site and staying involved in engineering delivery, we have multiple contract opportunities across a major Perth rail communications upgrade.

We're recruiting across two disciplines: rail electrical engineering and LTE/4G telecommunications delivery.

These roles offer hands on involvement from construction through to testing and commissioning, with the chance to take ownership of technical outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Electrical Project Engineers
For engineers with proven rail electrical experience, particularly in design assurance, earthing and traction bonding.

- Review electrical designs, earthing, traction bonding, AC/DC systems, UPS and protection.
- Prepare and sign off ITPs, ITRs, design certificates and energisation documentation.




- Conduct site assurance, witness testing and commissioning, and manage NCRs against approved designs.

Telecommunications Project Engineers
For engineers experienced in LTE/4G network deployment, ideally across rail or critical infrastructure.

- Support installation and integration of LTE radio sites, tunnel systems and backhaul transmission networks.
- Coordinate subcontractors and resolve technical issues across RF, power, earthing and site designs.
- Oversee site acceptance testing, quality checks, defect closure and BoM/BOQ documentation.

What Will Make You Successful

- Electrical Engineering - Proven rail experience across electrical design, earthing, traction bonding and Australian Standards.
- Telecommunications Engineering - Experience in telecommunications delivery, with LTE/4G experience, a relevant qualification and RIW card.
- Site Delivery - Confident interpreting drawings, coordinating contractors and resolving technical issues. Flexibility for some night shift work during integration and commissioning.
