Junior Property Manager
We are a growing boutique real estate agency managing a stable residential portfolio and investing heavily in training the next generation of Property Managers.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, organised, and ready to progress their career to an assistant property manager within 12-24 months.
You’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers and receive hands-on mentoring across all aspects of residential property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist property management team with day-to-day portfolio management
- Liaise professionally with renters, landlords, and contractors
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Assist with routine inspections and condition reports
- Support lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears follow-ups
- Manage emails, phone enquiries,
and tenancy administration
- Learn compliance requirements and Victorian tenancy legislation
About You
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Handyman knowledge beneficial (to liaise with tradies)
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Customer service or real estate experience is an advantage (not essential)
- Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
