This is a hands-on leadership role where you can work across sports and performance environments, contributing to a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork and excellence while helping Australian athletes win well.

- Significant experience leading the design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of complex Strength & Conditioning programs within elite or high-performance sport.
- Demonstrated advanced capability in analysing and integrating athlete, training and performance information to inform complex programming and performance decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advanced technical advice and professional judgement, including resolving complex Strength & Conditioning and athlete-performance challenges.
- Experience influencing coaches, athletes and multidisciplinary performance teams to integrate Strength & Conditioning within broader performance plans.
