Duty Manager – Transport Hotel

We are seeking an exceptional Duty Manager to join our management team. This is a hands on leadership role and requires someone with dedication, experience, a genuine passion and drive for the industry and who is looking for a long-term position.

The successful applicant will have:

- 2+ years’ supervisory experience and 5+ years’ hospitality experience

- Vibrant personality with high energy and natural hospitality

- Professional personal presentation and solid communication skills

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor

- Task-driven, goal-orientated, and highly organised

- Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge

- Experience doing stock ordering, stocktakes and batching

- Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team as well as work independently
