TradePlus Flooring is a growing flooring business in Acacia Ridge, specialising in hybrid SPC flooring. We supply and install for homeowners and supply product to tradies across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs.

The role

We're looking for a friendly, organised receptionist and admin assistant to be the first face and voice of TradePlus. You'll look after our showroom front desk, help customers and keep the admin side of the business running smoothly. It's a small team, so you'll get stuck into a bit of everything.

What you'll do

- Greet walk-in customers and tradies and help with product questions

- Answer phone calls, emails, website enquiries and Facebook messages

- Book measure-and-quote appointments and installation jobs

- Prepare quotes and invoices, and follow up on open quotes

- Enter sales, customers and orders in Zoho Inventory

- Help with stock checks, deliveries and pick-ups

- Coordinate job times with our installers

- Basic bookkeeping support in Xero





- Keep the showroom neat and well presented

- General admin and filing

About you

- Reception, customer service or admin experience (retail or trade background is a bonus)

- Friendly, confident on the phone and outstanding with people

- Organised, reliable and able to juggle a few things at once

- Comfortable with computers and learning new software

- Xero or Zoho experience is a plus, but we'll train you

- No flooring experience needed, just a willingness to learn
