We are seeking a energetic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial growth, elevating brand positioning, and expanding our reach across local and international high-net-worth market segments.

Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Manager will formulate and execute overall commercial strategies, direct key promotional initiatives, and oversee high-level marketing campaigns. Working closely with senior management, this role is critical to driving revenue across membership programs, corporate partnerships, premium venue events, and overall club offerings.

Specific duties required of the candidate

- Direct,



lead, and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear KPIs, operational standards, and performance targets.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive commercial revenue, membership growth, and club sales targets.
- Oversee multi-channel brand positioning and promotional campaigns to expand market reach across local and international customer segments.
- Identify and negotiate key commercial partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and high-net-worth (HNW) membership opportunities.
- Drive sales and revenue strategies for corporate golf events, international tournaments, and venue function packages.
- Direct digital marketing, social media engagement, and public relations strategies to enhance brand profile and customer loyalty.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign outcomes to evaluate performance and optimize commercial returns across all club operations.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecast annual sales revenue, and allocate marketing resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
