A busy backpacker hostel in Bundaberg is looking for a live in manager

About the Role:

Operations & Bookings: Oversee room allocations, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation systems to maintain high occupancy

Worker organisation: Liasing with farmers to find suitable backpackers for their jobs. Organising workers, finding replacements and making sure they turn up to the farms on time.

Guest Relations & Safety: Ensure a welcoming social atmosphere, enforce property rules, handle conflict resolution, and manage emergency/safeguarding procedures

Facilities & Maintenance: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, laundry, property repairs, and health and safety compliance

Role requirements:

Experience in management / hospitality Outstanding organisation skills

Must have drivers licence as they will need you to transport backpackers to and from the farms when required.

Pay will depend on experience

Pay: $32.18 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
