PYBAR Mining Services Pty is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our maintenance team at the Eloise and Jericho copper operations in North Queensland. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding a skilled crew and prioritising daily maintenance to keep underground fleet performance high.

You'll lead by example, mentor tradespeople, coordinate tasks, and drive secure work practices while supporting planning and improvement across PYBAR's operation.
