The 2028 BHP Mining Graduate Program invites graduates to rotate through the full mining value chain, from planning and scheduling to production support and continuous improvement. You'll work on meaningful projects from day one, collaborating with geology, geotechnical, processing and maintenance teams to drive real outcomes.

You'll have structured onboarding, a graduate cohort, mentoring and regular feedback as you build capability for a lifelong career in mining.
