Queensland Health Mackay is seeking a Cook to join the Food and Linen Services team at Mackay Base Hospital on a temporary basis. You will prepare meals and assist with catering for patients under FSANZ standards, ensuring quality and safety across dietary requirements.
Food safety is a primary focus, guided by the Queensland Health Nutrition Standards for Meals and Menus, with a frontline catering service delivering meals and mid-meals to patients seven days a week.
