Job Description
Purpose: support impact assessment, readinesstracking,
communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement andadoption.
Seniority: Mid to senior.
Reports to: Change Management Lead.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the change impact register and readinesssurveys.
- Write plain language communications for internal andexternal audiences, coordinated with ASIC Group Communications.
- Coordinate role based training and train the trainer sessions.
- Track adoption and support demand after each release.
Essential: change analysis or communications ontechnology change programs.
