Purpose:
mentor teams across RegistryConnect andwider ASIC to champion ongoing improvement.
Seniority: Senior.
Reports to: Ways of WorkingLead.
Responsibilities
- Coach delivery teams and leaders in iterative deliverypractices.
- Facilitate retrospectives and make improvementopportunities visible.
- Support teams through changes to the Ways of Working.
- Train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads.
Essential
agile or delivery coaching across multipleteams in large organisations.
Desirable
ICAgile, Secure or Kanban certification; government experience.
