St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital is seeking a seasoned clinical leader to become its Director of Clinical Services. This senior executive role is responsible for secure, high‐quality care today and for shaping how clinical services grow across the next strategic planning cycle.

Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the Director leads nursing, allied health and clinical support, with governance, quality, safety and accreditation at the forefront.
