IRT Group operates a large-scale Central Production Kitchen, preparing meals for aged care residents. We are seeking a Full Time Chef to join the team and report to the Production Manager. Roles are Monday to Friday with early or late day shifts on a rotating roster.
You will cook and portion meals to production schedules, use large-scale equipment, and uphold HACCP and food safety standards. Experience with cook-chill systems is valued.
