Randstad has partnered with ALPA to recruit a Senior Community Programs Manager to oversee 7 remote RAES sites in Northern Australia. You will lead multi-site operations, manage direct reports, and steer performance across communities.

This role requires strategic stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and autonomous decision-making to support social and economic development in remote Indigenous communities. Travel to remote communities will be required.
