We are a locally owned event hire company servicing weddings, corporate events, festivals, community events, and private functions throughout North East Victoria and Southern New South Wales. We supply and install marquees, furniture, staging, lighting, catering equipment, and event infrastructure for a wide range of clients.
About the Role We are seeking reliable and motivated Casual Labourers to join our event operations team. This is a hands-on role involving the delivery, setup, pack-down, and transportation of event hire equipment.
No two days are the same, and successful applicants will work across various event sites assisting with the preparation and execution of events. Key Duties Loading and unloading trucks
Delivery and collection of event hire equipment Setting up and dismantling marquees, tables, chairs,
staging and other event infrastructure Manual handling and lifting of equipment
Cleaning, maintenance and storage of equipment Assisting event supervisors on-site Following workplace health and safety procedures
General warehouse and yard duties Essential Requirements Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Current driver's licence preferred
White Card desirable but not essential Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required Transport Requirements
Applicants must have their own reliable transport to travel to and from our depot and various event locations, as public transport may not be available at all work sites.
