Plena Healthcare is seeking a Dietitian to deliver high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

Reporting to the Dietetics Team Leader, you will travel across sites, provide client-centred care, and deliver education while maintaining timely clinical documentation and team-oriented practice with internal and external stakeholders.
