Emmanuel College is seeking an experienced educational leader to join our Junior School as Director of Pastoral Care (Years 3-6) from 01 January, 2027. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with potential for permanency.
Located on the Gold Coast, Emmanuel College offers a faith-based community, solid academic programs, and a focus on wellbeing, character development and positive behaviour support. The successful candidate will lead pastoral initiatives and support staff across Years 3–6.
