The BHP 2028 Graduate Program offers a 24-month development path across resources, technology, decarbonisation and secure, sustainable operations. From day one you'll receive onboarding, guided learning paths, and support from your graduate cohort, buddy and leaders, with hands-on projects and real ownership.

Depending on discipline and location, roles may be based in residential communities, city offices, or FIFO rosters.
