About the Opportunity This is an exciting newly created role for an experienced people leader to drive our

Capability, Learning & Experience

strategy across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania. In this influential regional role, you'll partner with senior leaders to build future-ready capability, accelerate talent, strengthen leadership pipelines and deliver impactful talent and organisational development initiatives.

What you'll be doing As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will:

Develop and implement the AMEA capability & learning strategy

Lead regional leadership development, succession planning and talent review processes

Drive organisation design, culture, workforce planning and change management initiatives

Build future-ready capability frameworks and learning pathways

Leverage workforce analytics,



learning insights and AI-powered solutions to improve capability outcomes

Partner with business and HR leaders to identify critical capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions

Lead learning governance, vendor partnerships, regional budgets and capability communities of practice

What you'll bring

Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Organisational Development leadership roles

Proven success influencing senior stakeholders in complex, matrix organisations

Strong expertise in Leadership Development, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Change Management

Strategic, commercially focused and passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
