Working alongside experienced Senior Payroll Officers, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services while supporting a large and diverse workforce. What You'll Be Doing

Support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll

Manage employee payroll changes from onboarding through to termination

Maintain payroll systems, records and documentation with precision

Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and stakeholders

Drive payroll compliance, process improvements and operational efficiency

Identify and challenge existing payroll processes to drive greater efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement.

To be successful, you'll bring:

Proven payroll experience with confidence managing high-volume workloads and complex payroll processes

Strong knowledge of payroll administration, awards and compliance, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Tech-savvy with payroll systems and solid Excel skills, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies

Energetic, curious and solutions-focused, with a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally

Accountable, dependable and customer-focused, with outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach
