Job Description Join a close-knit Gympie branch team where your organisation, customer focus and can‑do attitude will make a real difference every day.

This hands‑on role combines warehouse and store responsibilities with internal sales support. You’ll help keep stock moving, orders accurate and customers well looked after, while building your career with a leading global electrical wholesaler.

A typical day will involve

Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock accurately while maintaining a safe, organised warehouse

Assist customers at the trade counter, process orders and respond to phone and email enquiries

Support internal sales activity, including quotations, order follow‑up and product enquiries

Help maintain stock accuracy through receipting, put‑aways and regular stock checks

Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver a smooth, reliable customer experience

Work two Saturday morning shifts per month, paid at applicable overtime rates





Qualifications What you will bring to the role

A genuine focus on delivering great customer service

Experience in a storeperson, warehouse, trade counter, retail or internal sales environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices

Confidence using computer systems and managing customer transactions

A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to support wherever needed

Electrical wholesale or trade industry experience is desirable, but not essential
