Perth, Western Australia territory . You’ll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and be a trusted, credible presence in theatre supporting hip and knee replacement procedures.
This role suits a
commercially driven Territory Manager
who thrives on accountability, territory ownership, and delivering results in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
What You’ll Bring Required
3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a solid track record
Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
Preferred
Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems
Confidence working in operating theatres
Travel Percentage: 10%
