Allawah Community Care is seeking a Permanent Part time Clinical Care Partner to coordinate care for clients with complex needs and provide direct nursing care in home settings. The role includes clinical oversight, care plan development, and collaboration with families and health professionals. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Nursing, current AHPRA registration, and a valid driver’s licence. Experience in aged care or community nursing is desirable.
