About the Opportunity East Bridge Recruitment is seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) / Support Workers to join our growing team across Newcastle and the Hunter Region of NSW.
We offer flexible casual shifts across aged care facilities, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your availability while providing quality care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide protected,

- Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
- Assist with meals, hydration and maintaining residents' comfort.
- Observe and report changes in residents' health or wellbeing to appropriate clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence and choice.
- Follow infection control, manual handling and workplace safety requirements.

About You
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support or an equivalent relevant qualification, as required for the role.
- Previous aged care or support work experience
