We are looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead our Sydney boutique in Paddington, bringing our brand philosophy to life through exceptional customer experiences, meaningful relationships and a strong local community presence.
The Role
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader who understands that great retail starts with people.
You will take ownership of the boutique's performance, customer experience and team culture, with a strong focus on building genuine client relationships, growing our customer base and creating new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who can create a beautiful in-store experience while thinking beyond the boutique — building local connections, engaging with the community and creating meaningful events that bring new customers to Silk Laundry.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading a premium or luxury retail environment.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and delivering personalised, memorable service.
- Solid clientelling skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships and a loyal client base.
- A proactive approach to business development, with the confidence to identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
- Experience creating and hosting engaging in-store events, activations and local community partnerships.
- A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to understand and drive sales, conversion and key retail KPIs.
- The ability to lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver consistently high standards.
- A hands-on approach, strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership.
