✅ Job Ad – Cook / Kitchen All-Rounder (Northern Gold Coast)

We are a busy café on the Northern Gold Coast looking for a reliable and experienced Cook / Chef / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team.

This role will cover weekends and the days our Head Chef is off, so the ability to cook independently and confidently is essential.

We are a well-established café with a simple, efficient menu, so we are looking for someone who can step in, follow our systems, and work as part of the team.

About the role:

-Approx. 25+ hours per week

-Weekend work required

-Some solo shifts

-Breakfast / café style menu

-Small, supportive team workplace

Skills & qualities:

-Previous kitchen experience in a café or similar

-Ability to work independently during service

-Good communication and teamwork

-Common sense and a positive attitude

- good prepping

-FOH experience is a bonus, as we all help each other when needed

We are a close-knit team, so we’re looking for someone who is easy to work with, respectful, and happy to work within an existing kitchen.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
