What You'll Be Doing

As a trainee, you'll work alongside experienced support professionals while learning to:

- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Support community access and social participation
- Encourage independence and personal wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and support networks
- Follow individual support plans and workplace procedures
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients

✔ Essential Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- QLD Working with Children Check (Employee Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
